An informal chat to find out what is the issue that you are
seeking hypnotherapy and NLP for and also provide you some valuable
you time to discuss how the issue has been affecting you. This
session will also give you the opportunity to specify what you want
to achieve from your sessions.
We will also briefly discuss your understanding of hypnosis and NLP.
This is your opportunity to have any questions answered and explained
in more detail and also to find out if I am the best therapist to work
with you. It so important for you to feel comfortable about who you
are working with.
A more formal discussion, history taking and ascertaining specific stresses in your life. This is both an opportunity for you to consider any links to specific issues you are experiencing. It also assists me to consider triggers to the issues for which you are seeking assistance.
In order to achieve the best results I recommended an average of 6-8 sessions (although this may vary depending on the issue and how well things are progressing).
At the beginning of each session we will discuss your progress. As we are all individuals, things happen at different rates for different people, this may affect the amount of sessions you require. We will discuss and review your progress with you at all times, in order that we can judge together how many sessions are specifically appropriate to you.
Please be aware that our habits will generally have taken a life-time to record so our brains need time to readjust to the new thoughts and habits they are producing.
