Trustee
The person or entity who manages the Trust Property for the benefit of the beneficiaries. The Trustee must follow the terms of the Trust as Established by the Grantor




Beneficiary
The Person or entity who receives the benefit of the Trust Property.


Revocable or Irrevocable
Living Trusts can be either Revocable or Irrevocable.
Revocable Trusts can be changed at any time, while Irrevocable Trusts cannot be amended or Revoked. Irrevocable Trusts offer protection from certain creditors and Estate Taxes.
